Great place to work.

Very very slow, often left by yourself to work long shiftsAnd produce prep while getting slammed on the line and having to stay clean and put away produce and everything else as well as; Chef duties - Scheduling coaching and teaching recipe adherence need any rollers budgeting and so on.

It's extremely laid back. It has thus far survived a major recession that could have killed it, I assume because of it's location next to the Convention Center and its reputation of being a top notch joint. It's a good sign for the future.

The upper management obviously do not understand the table game business. They seem to want high rollers to play there but then do everything to run them out. For example; they eliminate the favorable Blackjack rules and drop the max bet limits on all the tables. Plus, they don't comp at all well. I don't get it.
