The team leaders are good You get good at interviewing and asking the right questions. You learn the aviation industry very well.
Cons
The company was not prepared for the pandemic having workers use their personal computers and cell phones to work from home. The company also was firing people based of performance during the pandemic when there was no jobs to recruit for which was messed up They expect you to work unpaid overtime. They pressure you and expect you to do things that are out of your control No advancement opportunities for recruiters. You’re better off finding something new than hoping to get promoted.
