Pros
The money was amazing, I loved meeting and interacting with the regulars as well as the guests. We had a lot of well known people that came in and that was interesting to see. Great relationships with other co-workers. The hours were always consistent and having night shifts were always the best.
Cons
The management was horrible, never really had a relationship with them. Communication was also horrible. They talk smack about other employers within themselves. Never really listens to the employee and/or guests. Always either in the private dining room with their laptop or office leisurely browsing around the internet.
