Great atmosphere just not good pay

Not good pay, and that's about it

Contract to hire for warehouse employees. They provided food for the workers relatively consistently. Easy work. Relaxed atmosphere. We got to participate in quarterly all staff meeting with senior management.

There Wasn't enough work to keep everyone busy all day. I walked laps up to 6 hours a day in off season. because there was NO work, no phone, no chatting. Managers in the PDC contradict themselves by immediately participating in behavior they had reprimanded 5 minutes earlier.
