The leadership team is the best! They make you feel like family and are super understanding as long as you communicate. Easy job and GREAT pay! I plan to stay with LCP for as long as I can and be the best agent I can be. They reward those who deserve it and do not tolerate bad attitudes and negativity.

Health insurance coverage isn't the best, BUT it is company PAID! They do have better options if you are okay with paying a little bit out of your check.

Zero pros. Unfit business environment, toxic leadership, inaccessible to disabled persons.

Massively inept leadership team, unethical practices, manipulating lives and taxpayer money and forcing you to take 120 calls in 6 hours to explain it away for essentially minimum wage. Run, don’t walk, past any job posting you see.
