      Great place to start a career Good training material/trainers High end equipment - Leica Strong and fair management in Survey Started as chairman- chief before end of year 1 Tries to promote from within A mix of tasks from topo, construction staking, as builts and telecom

      Cons

      Poor pay Open politics/favoritism High turnover rate “Experienced”> less experience but better production in field/lack of mistakes Won’t acknowledge worker taking on more responsibility/difficult tasks “Open door policy” really means the door is open for you to leave if you don’t feel your pay is a good representation of your worth
