There was absolutely no structure. The team was entirely reactive with no strategy. I was underpaid for my work on top working in a generally hostile environment. There were elements of corporate sabotage (which was brought to the CEO’s attention and fully dismissed). There was no HR to help mitigate “challenging” interpersonal relationships and a whole host potential tidal 9 violations.
