Cons
When I looked thru reviews of this company I was shocked for above FAKE review from the owner for sure. There's no company culture for this company and working environment is a DISASTER. In this company the owner decides all and mid management always obey the orders for some reason. Most of the management could only stay there, they are not able to get better salary and position outside. In this case, no one care the sub-level employees let alone the GROW opportunity. The bonus is a big STEAL of partial employee's salary, they always take advantage to hire fresh graduate to bluff it out for a LOW salary. Ppl always come and leave which you could tell. Last but not the least, nothing works fine in this company since the owner prefer to use cheapest quality to save every penny.
