The product is very old, antiquated, and extremely expensive compared to direct competitors in the US. Just to give an idea of how outdated the product looks and feels, it does not work on Mac computers. It blows my mind that an integration for Macs have not been built and it only works with outlook. But it costs twice as much as Clio. The higher ups at this company are absolutely miserable people and again unethical. They also recently laid off 50% or more of their US sales department and will probably be completely shut down in the US by the end of the year
