      Pros

      Love the kids, my coworkers and my supervisors. Small pay increases every 6 months. Paid gas miles. Ability to call out anytime before 7 am.

      Cons

      Very taxing. Inconsistent hours since it’s a human services job. Poor communication with staff and kids cancel out of nowhere for appointments leading to less weekly/yearly hours than expected.

      Pros

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives

      Cons

      The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
