      Supportive environment that you really make difference in a child's life. Management and BCBAs are amazing and truly care about the staff and the clients.

      Cons

      It can be hard day to day with maladaptive behaviors that can occur with and from the clients.

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives

      The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
