As a BCBA this is an amazing company to work for- there's training for RBT, opportunities for growth, great support team. It does get overwhelming feeling the need to be in the clinic while the clinic is open. Setting firm boundaries for yourself in your role is essential to succeed in this role. They really do highlight and support diversity of clients and staff.
Cons
It can be difficult to see all of your clients/RBTs at the same time. It's very convenient that there is a learning center, but once in-home clients are added to your case load it's very difficult to be in multiple places at once.

Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives
Cons
The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
