Pros
For a small company they definitely have the tools to start you off and the management was always open to suggestion. The manager definitely notice your hard work and is willing to reward you if you put forth the effort. The effort I put forth definitely did not go unnoticed as I and others in the company definitely got a nice bonus. But the most important point is that the manager I was working with was always open to helping me and can always be easily access when we need something.

-Can be involve in very fulfilling projects - Most project would definitely benefit an architecture major on the technical side
-Getting to work on the 3 axis CNC was definitely a good learning experience. If you get an opportunity definitely try it out. I was able to experience the opportunity of creating CAD models, converting to the necessary format and producing the nice 2D and 3D features using the CNC.
-Get hands on experience from design, CAD models, prototype, quality control, to final production of your own designs.
-The occasional party and gathering was always nice to get to know coworker better.
Cons
There is not much Cons I see. Maybe a better distributing of work or hiring the right person for the drawing department will help process things faster.
