      - Nice office (Atrium Flora) - Hybrid with potential of remote work (depends on the team and manager) - Direct connection with C-level

      Cons

      - Product based on a very specific framework, not used widely outside of the company. - People who have been working in the company for years, may have a lack of competence and problems in their own work, but actively point out the shortcomings of colleagues - Typical problems of a non-IT company that is forced to adapt to modern realities

      Pros

      Everyone in the USC office is super friendly and they have great benefits.

      Cons

      You are required to go into the office 3 days a week. I personally like getting to see people, but some people may not enjoy that.
