      The workers are hard-working, fun to work with, and a great team.

      Cons

      Benefits are worthless. The CEO and COO are vindictive, despite claiming to be a Christian company. They will fire you if you disagree with them.

      The company is tight and need's help everywhere. So long as you pick a direction you enjoy you can find work there.

      There is a lot of work that needs to be done. Everyone is under pressure to take on more responsibility. Just the normal growing pains of an organization with exploding potential
