      Friendly employees and a nice building

      Cons

      Low compensation, very low raises 1-2%, sometimes you don't get a raise. Also every year we were told health benefit costs are increasing since "too many people are using the health benefits"

      Reevaluate your company direction of equality when you put homophobic person in CEO position.

      Cons

      Shocked that LEMO would make this person the new CEO. That tells you what kind of company it is and their lack of equality
