Great - Business Associate LEO Advertising Employee Review

You can make some money.

I am writing this review even after 4 years because it still affects me. I will give you a gist of what's the pattern they follow. If you find yourself facing something similar, please trust me and run away. a. It is a direct marketing firm which sells "Charity". I know, Charity looses it's meaning if some one is selling it to you. It is more of a professional begging. b. Their prospects are people who are at a weak spot in their lives. They portray themselves as a well wisher. They will try to know everything about you and then once they get hold of your weak points they will try to use it in order to make you work for them for a long time. c. They will try to do their best to cut you off from the outside world. After a couple of weeks into the work they will ask you to move in with someone who has already been working for a long time with this cult!! d. They will keep you in a 24/7 surveillance. You will end up loosing your freedom, you basic human rights. e. Please do not go to them if you want to give up on the job. They will try to brain wash you to the best of their abilities. If you want to leave, JUST LEAVE. f. They will show you how much money they make on a weekly basis, but trust me it is not worth it. You will be begging for that money in good clothes. There are a lot of jobs available if you have got the basic education, please consider exploring rather than getting sucked up in this trap. g. In order to emotionally blackmail you at a later point, they might give you some money in the beginning ~ Rs.100/- a day. They will portray that they are giving you shelter and food just out of good will, but trust me that is not the case. This is a preparation for the day when you will try to resign. h. They will try to set you up with someone who has already ruined his/her life, just for the heck of retention. They will make you breakup with any existing gf/bf. They will make you give up on all your existing friends and the list continues... i. If you ever work with these people, you will end up making money because you will work extremely hard for it. But, they will make sure that the money never stays in your bank account. They will ensure that you remain financially weak, so that they can keep you with themselves. j. The guy who calls himself the "owner" of leo adv is nothing but an insecure fella who will crack offensive jokes in front of you. Will touch you inappropriately whenever he gets a chance. He portrays himself as someone very good and compassionate, but he is the most selfish man that you will ever find. He likes to keep lot of girls around himself. If you will ever start living in his house with other employees(at this point you should know that you are in a very bad place already), he asks all the lady employees living in his house to come and sleep in his room the moment his wife is out of the town. Kind request : Please please save yourself and never work here. There are tons of opportunities available. Please don't ruin your life and run away.

There is nothing about this company they just say marketing and it's not even marketing and this is just begging money and we need to collect the phone number which they call as references and calling people and begging money, is this sales, their is no product .

This is total useless because I feel they are cheating innocent people out there. In lockdown , I want to do some job, so i applied for this job in a platform and there is just small interview which is just to see speaking skills and If I saw the above review before i would'nt join in this. At starting they appoint someone who call himself as a head , they say there are many departments to work in sales but they give u only charity. I feel like there is no other department than charity. They give some script , how to ask money if client refuse to give money they just make the client guilty for not giving money or they just make them emotional blackmail and they just let u do this, to people which u don't want to do. They said these all money go to charity but the employees in there are pretty rich why...? , My head had a costly iphone, branded shoes and everything branded and he used to say how rich i can become if i do this job, and not just that he said he is planning to buy car and he also said how proud their parents feel. guys earning money in this way , their parents don't know how he is earning in this way and this is not proud thing guys leaving this job is a proud thing and they just earn money in the name of innocent children who are poor, if really they did gave those money to those children , the employees in their aren't rich. Not just that we need to lie to people, they disrespect the people who doesn't give money. Not just that they just say IT jobs are waste , but they start begging IT workers. They don't even gave you time , they just torture from morning to night, it's all waste like at morning they just give appreciation for who did target by clapping and yes the environment is good but that's the trap , my head used to call me even after completing working hours and used to talk all the inspiration things, they just make u feel guilty on yourself and they know so many people who join leave this company , so not to leave this job they do this. They just keep on calling from day to night which is irritating and it is headache job , they smoothly torture you. The above review who actually went to office but for me it was work from home, I'm glad it was work from home or else i don't know more what i might have faced. Guys if u are looking for IT jobs or Sales or any , go to TASK register in it it's 1500rs and apply to those or cocubes there u can write entry exam and u will get many opportunities and some telegram groups where they provide links to apply jobs but not do these kind of jobs, Even i was jobless before but trust me go for what u are interested which field u like and focus on that, search for those , don't force u r self in to this. I recommend not to do this job , i feel this is fraud , i don't want to cheat people taking money from them in the name of innocent children and i don't want to cheat those children. This is not just for who are joining in this job , but to all people who get calls to give money to charity don't give because i feel it's just fraud and if u really want to help people go to orphanage and give them and see their smiles.
