The company has absolutely no structure. Poor management, lack of leadership and direction, constant change in work strategy. CEO doesn't know what's happening, and top managers don’t know how to manage. Don't expect to do something meaningful. Your work will most likely never get to be used by a single user, or it will be simply thrown to the garbage. You'll be seeing/hearing the same product being marketed all over; the one that was made in 1 month, 3 years ago. The company could benefit from many changes but they are not willing to listen (and they are getting rid of people who want to change things). Don't challenge and don't try to be brighter than anyone else; this will most probably get you fired. It was probably the worst company I've ever worked for, and it is a big relief not to be working in such a toxic and frustrating environment anymore. Terrible place, don’t do it to yourself. Find somewhere else to work... anywhere else.
