In all honesty and while trying to be objective, I have to say that LEO Pharma - Global IT was the worst place that I worked at. The reasons are the following: - Trying to outsource everthing to overseas company to cut down costs while having literally zero direction on how to actually manage the collaboration leading to poor results everywhere - People competencies - "people from the past" will be all around you without really understanding how modern digital unit should work and the worst part is that there is almost no internal people with techical skills in all Global IT even though they might have titles that could indicate technical background, that annoyed me the most as then people cannot really validate what has been delivered by the overseas company - SAFe - related to the people competencies - SAFe is not simple to implement, especially in an oldschool organization and implementing it here was a mistake with the current people competencies - people just spend milion hours talking back and forth and trying to adhere to the framework while delivering absolutely nothing. - zero agility in terms of tooling, everything has to run some oldschool rigid processes
