consistently getting worse - Senior Account Executive LEVICK Employee Review

Pros

If you can survive a couple years here, you can make it anywhere. Very challenging, fast-paced work, and supervisors demand beyond what is reasonable and deride employees should they dare not achieve the unachievable. But if you can figure out how to appease the monster, you’re in good shape for the rest of your career.

Cons

Employees are asked and expected to be available at all times of day and night and to give up all free time in support of Levick clients and projects. In return, though, there is little opportunity for advancement or raises - although initial offers to new hires are usually up to industry standards. While in the past promotions were given with regularity and raises were achievable (although usually only with another offer in hand), recent management shakeups have changed all that. Not only are annual reviews no longer annual (the most recently was delayed four months), but most raises no longer even keep up with inflation.
