Pros

Levo's culture is very non-corporate, allowing you to be yourself vs curating your actions for some political agenda. You are measured by your performance, and not your butt-kissing. The people I worked with are the best: easy to work with, smart, and very cooperative. This is also a good place to build a marketing career as you get hands on experience with many different aspects of marketing and a variety of projects. Management is easy to talk to, and open to requests and suggestions. They do not micro-manage and are understanding of personal mistakes.

Cons

A small amount of clients can be overly demanding and have unrealistic expectations, which can be stressful at times since they can monopolize your priorities, creating a feeling of juggling too many responsibilities.

Pros

I’ve been with Levo Health for more than five years and have had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles during that time. One of the biggest benefits of working here is the amount you can learn. The variety of clients, projects, and challenges has given me exposure to areas of healthcare, marketing, operations, and business that I likely would not have experienced elsewhere. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about employees as people, not just as team members. Whether it’s a professional challenge or something happening outside of work, leadership has always been willing to listen and help where they can. There is a strong sense of accountability, but there is also a genuine investment in helping people succeed. For those who are willing to work hard, take ownership, and embrace new challenges, there are significant opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

As a growing company, the pace can be fast and priorities can shift as client needs evolve. The environment requires adaptability and a willingness to wear multiple hats at times. Employees looking for a highly structured role with narrowly defined responsibilities may find the pace challenging.
