Pros
I love working with bright, honest, talented people, and everyone here is exceptional. Super Team from top level to interns. Enjoy the process that is in motion every day! It feels good to work here, and I trust the people around me. We're a great mix from varied backgrounds and we come together, work hard, and play as often as possible to make Lex the best it can be in our work every day.
Cons
As a start up, even though a solid foundation, while everyone is very helpful, just not a lot of people around to help me learn the ropes (we are less than 30 total, and some off site), but that also has to take into consideration I expected a lot for myself to have full understanding almost instantly!!
