terrible wages and no chance of even a living wage increase mismanagement at every senior level incompetence by senior management at a level that was egregious and toxic HR dept. was caustic and dishonest a basic lack of respect for experienced professional employees terrible business decisions and generally out of touch with the world massively outdated technology (I'm not sure anyone who actually makes any decisions at LFP understands technology or why it would be important for this company) Larry Flynt
