Pros
The people can be nice to you. They are sometimes fake nice but still nice.
Cons
I came to work here because of my visa status as an international. But I implore you, if at all possible, DO NOT COME HERE. It is a classic Korean company that doesn't care about you, only the company and business. They treat you like slaves, expect lots of overtime without pay, and there is no work life balance. First, HR is useless and management is terrible. HR licks the feet of the higher ups and so does management so nothing ever negative ever makes it up the line. I know many and multiple employees promised a promotion, just to get nothing and then ignored when asked about it. Second, this is an IT company that is run without IT in mind. They only care about money and looking to gain favor from the higher ups. Ironically, the IT systems are the most undervalued and most overlooked within the whole company. They except 1-2 people to do the work of 5-10 and expect everything to run perfectly. They are the definition of greeding for money and squeezing every ounce of work out of visa reliant employees. Oh also, they don't even sponsor H1Bs, only E2 visas, which essentially make you 'locked' into working there. They sponsor green cards but only after 3 years of working there which is already long enough, but then it's not even guaranteed that you are sponsored for it. You need to lick the toes of your supervisor for 3 years if you want to be even considered for sponsorship (they also make you pay for the processing fees). I also did not ever get a job description so make sure you ask for one. And DO NOT work at any of the factories they offer. Only at New Jersey HQ - this is the best location by far. The other locations (in factories) do not have even half of the benefits the NJ HQ has - they are left out to dry and honestly they aren't even treated as if they are in the same company. No accommodations for them. This place is way too stingy about money and do not care to use it for their employees. They help with relocation fees if it is out of state relocation. But they sometimes force your relocation and they don't pay you anything if it is within states (even a 5-6 hour move).
