Pros
1. Good Place to Learn and Experience above the level of Staffs from other companies
2. Wage is decent enough
3. Lot more chances to live/travel abroad(albeit not always in well-developed countries)
Cons
1. 'Macho' style culture(lot of scolding/abusive verbal attacks/limitation on hairstyles etc.)
2. Absolute lack of respect for personal life(It could be hard to become a good dad, but then again, lot of Korean companies are still like this)
3. Lack of real intent and ambition from the current management
4. Lack of experience in mining industry leading to lack of structure/process(although it is one of better companies in Korea)
