      Pros

      Can’t think of any to be honest.

      Cons

      Bullying endemic, staff not provided training and castigated if they ask questions. Awful remuneration. Lasted 3 months. I’m currently happily employed with a different company and now I realise what it’s like to be in a well run place that treats staff with respect and fosters growth. LGC does neither of those things

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
