Pros

Team was welcoming, the culture is very supportive especially when in the first few months when it's really needed.

Cons

Remote work culture doesn't always present the most networking opportunities.

Pros

Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

Cons

Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
