      Pros

      The work-life balance is good. They got the remote working policies spot on after COVID. I think they genuinely care about their staff. It's a big company with lots of opportunities if you can develop a network with the central business.

      Cons

      Lots of change...seems like every year there is a restructuring. If you don't like change then not the best place to be. Progression is also limited depending on what business you work for within LGC.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
