      Enjoy working with my co-workers

      Cons

      Too many politics. People who know how to make political moves and are dishonest stay. Smart and engaged people with good ideas are pushed out. You have to be a yes-man to move up. Any new ideas are shot down if management didn't come up with it.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
