Colleagues are kind and helpful because we are such a small team we often help each other out as much as we all can.

LHH slogan - our people will always come first followed by our clients. They do not walk the talk, REVENUE COMES FIRST not our people, not our clients. The company only care about the profits, our apac and global townhall always talk about sales. Even leadership conferences are mostly attended by sales representatives. New female MD was onboarded in Jan 2020 and she is the worst leader ever. She lacked empathy, giving constructive feedback, refused to listen to other opinions, demands for things to be done her way, micromanaging, calling for many unnecessary meetings which leads to us being unproductive, no time management, do not respect her employees and even asking us to work during our sick leave. She also acts passive aggressive and will lie and throw you under the bus infront of higher management so that SHE will look better. APAC CEO has ignored all the feedback made and it felt like our voices are not heard just because it is not revenue related matters. Our mental well-being are severely affected by our new leader yet when we reach out, there’s no help. If this is the company you wish to work for, please go ahead to apply. Also their services are so outdated, their career transition program probably was not updated since decades. The way they work are so old school and lack innovative aspect. The irony of selling leadership and talent development programs yet their current MD lacked all these skill sets.
