Pros
I guess the fact that they pay you a crappy salary is good.
Cons
If I'm composing this message, it means I've officially resigned. I'm uncertain where to begin, as this environment thrives on micromanagement, with an apparent disregard for policies they themselves established. Despite my approved parental leave, things took a drastic turn. Their focus shifted towards dissuading me from taking the leave, leaving me feeling guilty, and blatantly disregarding work-life balance. If you're a parent, be prepared for them to be indifferent. I possess evidence of policy non-compliance, and legal action is a viable option, which nine out of ten individuals would likely pursue. My sincerest advice is to distance yourself as far as possible and never look back. I'm someone who usually perseveres, but there's a limit. However, if being under constant surveillance via cameras aligns with your preferences, this role might suit you. If you're inclined to work around the clock without personal time, this is the role for you. For those fluent in the language of sales, this may be an ideal fit. If you'd rather not feel like a human but rather a mere statistic, this position has your name on it.
