Pros

Nice people and decent salary

Cons

I made the mistake of ignoring the overwhelmingly negative reviews when I joined this company, something I deeply regret. The organization is profoundly disorganized, with little to no support from management or internal teams. Sales cycles are excessively long, averaging 6–8 months, and you’re expected to churn out an absurd number of cold calls daily with minimal tools or strategy in place. Management is inept at best and negligent at worst. In one case, I personally secured a deal only to have it fall apart because leadership lost the contract, a contract the client had already revised and returned. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told that it had simply been misplaced, costing me the sale entirely. Unfortunately, that’s just one example of many. This kind of operational incompetence is the norm, not the exception. Communication is poor, processes are unclear, and nobody seems to have a handle on what’s actually going on. The only marginal upside was the remote setup, which they are now walking back in favor of a hybrid model, something that was never disclosed during the hiring process.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here. Not a single one.

Cons

Greedy company with greedy managers. People in management who have no business being in management. Awful team members. They hire to fire. Churn and burn culture. They have cut benefits over the years. Their compensation plans are awful. They use scare tactics and fear to force production. This place will drain you mentally. Their entire business model is aggressive sales and using both employees and candidates to their advantage. This company does not care about human beings. You are just a number to them. You will need therapy during and after employment. Recruiters are leaving in droves. It's so toxic. So very toxic. They preach about creating a beautiful working world, meanwhile, they do not provide that environment to their employees or their contractors.
