As a group, we are constantly reviewing our pay structure to ensure that we are in line with the market and ensuring that our people are rewarded for their hard work. As such, based on feedback from our people, in 2022 we rolled out a new salary structure which increased our entry-level salaries significantly ensuring that everyone in the business is generously rewarded. Along with commission, bonuses and all of our other incentives, in 2022 we launched our Employee Ownership Trust, which means every member of the group is automatically made a shareholder in LHi after a 12-month period in the business.
Recognizing and rewarding our people is at the heart of what we do and we review our processes on a yearly basis.
