Pros
If you are lucky enough to get a manger who actually has managerial skills and capabilities - you will do well. There are opportunities for growth but it massively depends on what niche you're put into (your degree/experience doesn't determine that for some reason - someone in the Ops team gets to put you wherever they want which is ridiculous) and also your team/ management are important too - if they're supportive you'll be fine. If the manager is absentee or is just a Principal consultant forced into a managerial position - then you're going to have a tough time of it and will have to figure out a lot for yourself (especially if you don't have experience)
Cons
Really poor management and toxic drinking culture Low base salaries - which if you discuss with other members of your team or the company - they pull you up on it and tell you off No real employee benefits - dress down Fridays are not a benefit and neither is a night out with work
