Pros

Exams paid for Experience with many different technologies

Cons

Too many to write in details so there is a list: Don’t pay for training materials or it’s very difficult asked multiple times and one of the managers dug into their own pocket for the book. There is no room for career progression, whoever placed a review saying there is career progression is lying, there is no room for it even if that’s what you are promised and achieve all your targets, you are not rewarded The management policies are all over the place, one thing for one situation another policy for another situation where these should really be defined and set in stone People employed to replace leavers aren’t half as good as the people that have left which places a lot of stress on the resource available Expected to go above and beyond what your role required for little to no reward Underpaid Overworked There seems to be a trend of individuals that get treated differently Told to do a job with poor planning and equipment and documentation Management of installations going over to support is very very poor I have seen some reviews currently on glassdoor with replies saying there’s many people that have been there 10years plus, I believe there’s only 2 technical people there that have been for 10 years plus and they are in senior positions. I honestly cannot agree with a single positive review on here, maybe they aren’t from the technical departments but I can safely say I agree with every negative review very strongly and can relate to them
