Multiple Plant Managers get hired and fired. Location. Work every holiday and weekends. Use unskilled & unreliable temp labor. Staff will set you up to fail or worse. Execs just pass blame around & when they can't figure out why everything is such a multi million dollar mess, change leaders, change policies, and start all over - about every 2-3 months. Trust no one but yourself Key knowledgeable people get set up to get canned No one sees nothing & no one does the right thing to make wrong BS stop - including HR High risk job. No time to think due to high amounts of pressure.
