Company provided meal every month,climate controlled,paid time off from the start.
Cons
No training,no team leadership,10 minute break every 2 and a half hours,only water to drink on floor,lazy workers get rewarded while hard workers get overlooked and taken advantage of. Higher ups stand in their offices above the work floor and watch you work through their floor length windows.
