Pros
Nice office, great mentor, free coffee. They have a nice on-boarding process for all interns and do provide programming for career advancement, although it is just once a semester.
Cons
High turnover in my department for full-time employees due to being overworked. For the amount of work I put in, this internship should be at least compensated on a stipend system. The culture is more stuffy than they let on.
