salary and compensation is much better than in other places. no variable component in the salary structure.this is a good thing

1) Senior management and middle management is incompetent 2) too much of internal fighting, harms the product rather than doing any good 3)Miscommunication between managers and employees 4)too many false promises 5)no job satisfaction 6)too many unnecessary processes 7)employee bias
