Innovated Start-Up Compnay - Talent Manager LIVIT Employee Review

I work at LiveAF as a Talent Manager Full-Time. The pros consist of a great work/life balance, dog friendly office, great pay/benefits, and an exciting new environment. It has been a great experience being apart of a rapidly growing company.

I truly have nothing good to say, the app is not that great either, download it and see for your self. I gave two stars as some of the people I work with are great.

This company is based in TW and over all over Asia, they have little to no respect for Americans and have heard the quote come from their moth many of times that "Americans are Stupid." You work long hours dealing with overseas headquarters as they don't care what time it is there. They don't care to hear your ideas or input they just tear you down and say what they did work in multiple Asian countries so it will work in the US. Employees are forced to watch streams. That does not say good things about the app when employees don't even want to watch streamers willingly. The app has a very Asian angel to it and they don't care to Americanize it as TikTok did.
