You get to learn so many things and best part you will can learn so many things about new software and few staff very friendly and helpful..
Cons
Politics and politics if you can adjust or say whatever they say than its fine otherwise big problem. Not good for freshers as they dont understand your issues and give time to fresher to settle down n expect from fresher to work like 7 yrs exp person.
