No sense of learning or opportunities to get more insight on project tasks. Everything is handed off without a good frame to guide you on the tasks. Conflicting messaging between higher ups in the office in terms of how they want you to handle stuff. Very little sense of cohesion in the office in between employees. I don’t see myself growing as an engineer here. It seems this place (or particular office) is better suited for those with at least a few years already under their belt.
