Pros

-Strong life learning experience about what not to do.

Cons

-Management will be nice to you in the beginning but after a couple pay checks they will start treating you horrible and treat you like a dog because they think they own you. -You will be put in extremely dangerous life or death situations. -They will train you at your sites in foreign languages and not with proper English so you won't know what to do. -I suspect and have heard rumours Leonard smokes weed all the time. He like to scream and yell at his employees violently. He's a Daddy's boy and gets all his power from his Dad. -Half the employees don't speak English. -If you want to risk your life and be put in extremely dangerous situations without warning then this is the company for you. -They target newly arrived immigrants to Canada due to there vulnerability and low rate of pay for sites.

Pros

If you've ever worked in security you've most likely experienced what being a number is like..You're just a body in a uniform. At LK they take pride in their employees. They expect their employees to up the ante and to walk and talk the part. they take it seriously and so do their employees. The uniforms are sharp, people are trained and inspected regularly and they have your back during emergency situations. It may be entry level work for some, but it you care about your work, the owners of the company will be more than fair. They juggle time off requests, they give you as many hours as possible so that your not surprised by short shifting. Overall, the people that work with you are awesome.

Cons

The wages for this industry are very low. Contract biddings drive what the company can pay therir staff. Benefits aren't paid out until after 1 full year of service.
