I cannot express how wonderful this company is. Throughout my time at LLA, they provided me endless amounts of support while contracting with a school. They provide check-ins throughout the school year or if you need additional support. LLA Therapy is the best company I have worked for!

The pay is decent, especially if you negotiate, coworkers are always super nice and supportive

Management has poor communication, overall benefits are pretty bad - you don't qualify for retirement until you've worked there a year,
- the company is privately owned and is only in it for the money...they will make their money at the expense of your sanity
