Pros
There's no shortage of work because they will provide the lowest price to clients. If you need visa sponsorship, this company's staff is predominantly on H1B visas. Positive outlook business-wise because pharmaceutical companies will choose the cheapest option that gets the job done. Internships often available.
Cons
Watch the documentary "American Factory." If you're from China, you'll fit right in. If you're not, you'll be shocked by the management of this place. The success of this place is the equivalent of sweatshops. Expect to work 60 hours in solitude with no code reviews (even when I was an intern!), with no additional compensation because it is your duty and your H1B visa depends on it. Negative outlook in terms of working experience - the company can afford to be the cheapest option if you're working overtime for free.
