      Great team work and colleagues have a wealth of experience and knowledge. Care passionately about the learners and their experiences. Have away days which are fun and interactive and its great to see everyone.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
