Pros

Pros: None that I experienced. The company is not employee-centric and lacks professionalism in handling employees. There is a significant gap between the values they speak about and the way employees are treated. Leadership communication can be disrespectful, and overall management practices raise serious concerns about workplace culture and business ethics.

Cons

If you're posting on Glassdoor, it's best to stick to your personal experience and avoid statements that could be interpreted as factual accusations unless you can substantiate them. My experience with LMTEQ was disappointing. The company appears to have a pattern of terminating employees within a short period and then making it difficult for them to receive their rightful dues. In my case, there were delays and repeated follow-ups required for salary payments and reimbursements. What made the situation more stressful was the lack of clear communication and the legal threats or pressure employees may face when they ask about pending payments. Instead of resolving concerns professionally, employees are often left chasing their own money. I would advise prospective employees to carefully understand the company's policies regarding termination, notice periods, and final settlements before joining.

Cons

If you are thinking of joining this company, please don’t. What they show outside and what actually happens inside are completely different. They keep talking about partnerships, achievements, big titles and all that, but inside it felt like pure show-off. I genuinely don’t understand how some of those achievements were even achieved because what I saw inside was completely different. And the review meetings? Seriously, which company calls you for review meetings almost immediately after you join and starts putting pressure instead of helping you even settle in? In the short time I was there, I saw people getting terminated in 15 days, 20 days, one month. That itself says a lot. People were being judged and thrown out so quickly instead of being given a fair chance. From what I saw, even serious personal situations did not seem to be handled with much empathy. They play with people’s lives, and after termination, it felt like they would try every cheap trick possible. This is one of the worst, worst, worst companies ever. I won’t suggest anyone to join. Instead of join, be unemployed and sit in a home. That’s the best suggestion I can give you.
