Although the team is incredibly understanding, work-life balance tips towards work here. Lots of clients and often very busy. This isn't a bad thing in my opinion, especially if you're looking to really hone your craft and work with some amazing brands, but it's something to keep in mind!

I have worked with the company on freelance terms since 2015, recently came on full time. A big pro is the flexibility of where I can work and projects vary.
