      Such a good chance for new employee to access and to conduct a whole case from beginning to closing. Working with friendship colleagues.

      There are no clear career path for employees.

      Pros

      Great company to start with for freshers. Nice exposure to technology and get opportunity to learn relevant things.

      Cons

      Workload is comparatively more. Compensation is not competitive. Hike is also less.
