Pros
There's money to be made, if they keep you long enough. You'd have better luck at a more reputable MSP.
Cons
-They will typically go through a round of layoffs in sales just before the sales awards to avoid having to pay the top selling reps their bonuses.
-Constant restructuring of the sales team (2 rounds of layoffs per year)
-Poor management, there's a huge gap between mid-senior leadership and the rest of the staff. They promote people into management based on tenure instead of actual qualifications, which leads to mid-management only watching out for themselves, instead of doing what's best for the team.
-Salary is on the low end of average.
